1. General provisions
These Terms govern the electronic services provided by Pepto Medica (TODO(legal): full company name, address, tax id), hereinafter the Seller.

The Terms are made available free of charge before a contract is concluded, in a form that can be downloaded, stored and printed.
2. Scope of services
The site provides free of charge: informational content and scientific reviews, dosing and reconstitution calculators, a peptide comparison tool, and a product inquiry form.
No registration or account is required to use the site content.
3. Technical requirements
A device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript enabled and an active e-mail address are required.
The Seller is not liable for interruptions caused by infrastructure provider failures or force majeure.
4. Orders — when the contract is concluded
No product prices are displayed on the site. The order form is the User's request for a quote and an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
Submitting the form does NOT conclude a sale contract and creates no obligation to pay.
After receiving the request, the Seller contacts the User, confirms product availability and quotes a price including delivery cost.
The sale contract is concluded only when the User expressly accepts the quoted price. Until then the User may withdraw with no consequences.
Before the contract is concluded the Seller provides the User, on a durable medium, with the information required by art. 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including the withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, without giving a reason.
The withdrawal notice and model form are provided before the contract is concluded, as described in section 4.
6. Prohibition on unlawful content
The User undertakes not to supply unlawful content, in particular in the notes field of the order form.
The Seller may refuse to process an order containing such content.
7. Complaints about electronic services
Complaints about the operation of the site may be sent to kontakt@pepto-medica.com.
A complaint should describe the problem and include contact details. The Seller responds within 14 days.

8. Intended use of products
Products offered on this site are intended for research use only and are not intended for human consumption or for use as medicinal products.
Content published on the site is educational and does not constitute medical advice.
9. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons by publishing a new version with an updated date.
Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Terms in force when the request was submitted.
